¿POR QUÉ EL PERFORMANCE?

Hemos elegido esta manifestación artística porque su carácter “aquí y ahora”, su alto nivel improvisativo, su impacto en el público, su amalgama de expresiones artísticas y su carácter visual, hacen de él una opción muy motivadora como herramienta educativa. Estos ingredientes nos han llevado a ver en el performance un camino nuevo, divertido y muy participativo, así como de fácil adaptación para los más pequeños.

Su capacidad para albergar una infinidad de temas es una cuestión que también nos invitaba a convertirlo en un recurso didáctico que hoy por hoy está poco explotado. No obstante, al investigar sobre esta expresión artística podemos comprobar cómo muchas de sus características están presentes de un modo u otro en el aula de infantil, en la cual cada día se aboga más por la experimentación y la mezcla de diferentes disciplinas.

Por todo ello, en este blog esperamos atender a la curiosidad de docentes, estudiantes y familias. Vamos a seleccionar todo aquello que pueda ser de utilidad para conocer mejor esta modalidad visual, plástica e interpretativa y esperamos que en algunas de sus manifestaciones puedan ver un vehículo didáctico que poner en práctica con los más pequeños.

WHY DID WE CHOOSE THE PERFORMANCE?

This artistic expression has been chosen because one of its characteristics is the " here and now" and also because of its high level of improvisation, its impact on the public, its fusion of artistic expressions and its visual character. All these features make the Performance a very motivating tool for teaching and it is also a new and funny way for children to get involved in the theatre world. Moreover, the performance is very easy to be adapted for kids.

Another reason for considering the Performance as a didactic resource is its abbility to contain many themes, which is something that nowadays has not been taken advantage of. Nevertheless, after researching in this artistic expression, we can check that many of its characteristics are present in the pre-school education, where the experimentation and the mixture of different disciplines are increasingly put in place.

Therefore, we hope to look after teachers, students and families with this blog. We are going to select whatever is useful to know this visual, plastic and interpretative expression best. We also hope you can consider it as a didactic vehicle which can be put into practice with kids.
